Peter J. Loughlin is the founder of Goldman & Loughlin, PLLC. He is an Author, Lawyer, Public Speaker, Internet Radio Host, Entrepreneur and Marketing Consultant -- He holds a JD and a LL.M degree in International Tax Law and Financial Services (Summa Cum Laude). He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of California, and has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court.

Peter is a member of the Board of Academic Advisers and Professors of the American Academy of Financial Management, and Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows.
